As a result of successful growth we require a customer service representative to join our team and take ownership of the incoming sales line. You will be one of the key individuals making and taking customer calls and growing business as a result.

What are we looking for?
We want somebody who can build relationships over the telephone with a wide range of customer types. Through conversation you will be able to understand customer requirements, make detailed notes and feed information into our systems for the sales team to facilitate. You will be the first person our customers talk to and have responsibility for providing a first-class customer experience from the beginning. As our Customer Service representative, you will.
- Be confident in talking to people on the phone, for both incoming and outgoing calls.
- Have an ability to build rapport on the phone, create relationships with the customer to build trust.
- Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their needs over the phone.
- Make associated notes in the CRM system, maintain customer contact details and associated information.
- Understand the sales process, be confident in maintaining a CRM system to ensure customer requirements are being met and call backs are being made.
- Have a want for reaching out to customers, follow up their enquiries while improving the customer journey.
- Provide management with feedback of any customer concerns/ issues, complete the feedback loop to help with continual improvement.
- Be computer illiterate and comfortable with Windows, MS Office and MS Explorer
- Willing to continuously build knowledge and skills.

- Engage with suppliers on their products, new product introduction, support channels and regular product updates
- Maintain our central product resources, be responsible for continually improving access to information for our teams and our customers
