Andrew Williams
Service Manager

As part of the Vantage ASC management team it is safe to say no day is the same, especially on the Service side of the business. My key role is to keep our customer systems up and running, coordinating our engineers, repair centre and telephone support line. The variety of equipment we look after brings its challenges, but there is no satisfaction like making something work where others have failed. When not working, I can be found utilising our technology on our own mixed farm in Wales, possibly the straightest mowing in the West!

Ben Jeffs
Correction Administrator / Sales Support

I have worked for Vantage ASC for over 10 years and have seen it grow over the years. My primary role is to support our customers with their Correction Signal subscriptions, we monitor their existing signals and call them before it runs out to make sure they are not left without signal when they need it most. I enjoy talking to the variety of customers from operators to machinery dealers and when not keeping machines straight in the field I enjoy playing cricket, just wish my bowling was as straight!

Cameron Wood
Service Engineer

I am part of the Service team at Vantage ASC, our aim is to keep operators happy when they may be having issues with our technology or their machines which means no day is the same. My previous role involved me travelling the world attending sprayer technology, now I can be anywhere between Wales and Suffolk servicing customers on site or supporting them remotely using our Teamviewer control, very cool controlling a display remotely. Never not busy, I play a key role in my local YFC helping our next generation of customers.

Paul Thompson
ASM, East Midlands

I spend my time in the bread basket of the UK looking after our customer accounts in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire with some of the largest equipment we have the pleasure of dealing with. This brings with it a wide range of applications and my role is to make sure customers have the right specification and now connectivity to get the most from the fleet. From blockage sensors on drills to implement steering on lettuce planters, I even manage to fit in some stewarding at locals shows in between.

Tracy Baxter
Parts Administrator

Based in our head office I have the pleasure of making sure all of our sales team, engineers and customers have the parts they need. We have several thousand part numbers to manage and stock, I also make sure all of the correct combinations are available to our installation teams and they can complete jobs or deliveries as they are required. There is never a dull moment especially during our peak times such as harvest, this is where being able to memorise random part numbers really comes in handy.

Richard Tattershall
Support Engineer

I am often the voice at the end of the phone on our support line, they say 20+ years experience with technology puts me in prime position to manage our customer technical support. I speak to operators across the UK to keep them moving on both new and older systems we have supplied, sometimes logging in using our remote support tools. When not manning the phone I love to be on farm installing or servicing customers which we can not get up and running remotely, looking after my own animals in between.

Pete Goldsmith
Installation Engineer

Somewhat of a veteran I have been with the company for over 15 years and specialise in hydraulic steering and implement control installations, usually the oily and more involved work we do. I really enjoy being with our customers on farm and making something possible which even they doubt, taking a non steering ready tractor and turning it into one with auto steer can often seem like magic. I have lost count of how many machines and implements we have worked on, most customers know me, possible due to my distinctive laugh.....

Debbie Moule
Sales

As a newcomer to Vantage ASC, having joined in July 2023, I spend my time based at the Great Staughton office as a Sales Specialist. I have the pleasure of speaking with customers from all over England and Wales, and internationally, about product requirements and feasibility. Having come from a farming family I have always had an agricultural connection and have worked for some large agricultural companies and estates over the years. I spent time away from the industry to have my family, but now I feel I am back where I belong!
