We are looking for an operations administrator who can further connect our central and remote based teams, delivering proactive customer updates and streamlining processes in order to make our business more efficient. You will join a company that supplies 3,000+ part numbers in thousands of combinations, completes hundreds of engineer visits and delivers solutions to some of the most diverse customers in the UK.
The primary responsibilities will be to streamline our operations which include;
- Processing of orders from confirmed order to pick list and job sheet
- Organising jobs to engineers based on expertise, geography and priority
- Proactively updating customers with order status and potential installation dates
- Inputting of completed job sheets, time sheets and updating of job costings for processing into customer invoice
- General maintenance of ERP system in regard to job costing, service requests, inventory items and customer invoicing
- Analysis of operational activity including demand forecasts, inventory movement, engineer utilisation and WIP
To maintain our continual improvement, you as the operations supervisor you will be key in helping to identify and shape business processes which will allow us to deliver the ambitious growth plans and further improve our customer experience.
The role will be based in our central office in Cambridgeshire with the opportunity for hybrid work for the right candidate.

As an Installation Technician you will be at the front line of our team, representing our company and its brands on site and integrating our products with some of the coolest, biggest and technologically advanced machines in the UK. From John Deere 8RX’s, 54m Agrifac Sprayers and 12m Horsch drills, each day will be different and command a problem-solving attitude while rewarding you with the satisfaction of a job well done.
On the installation side of the company you will be responsible for installing our main-stream solutions which include:
- Automated steering (Integrated & Retrofit)
- Implement steering (Passive & Active)
- Implement control (Variable Rate / Section Control / Multi Product control)
- Correction signal hardware (Modems / RTK Radio / Receivers)
- Machine connectivity (Modems / Cloud based software)
- Machine tracking products (Powered/ Non-Powered)
In addition, you will make up part of our engineering team who are responsible for keeping machines moving all year round, there will also be exposure to custom projects. Ideally this will excite you, so much so you capture different equipment and locations for us to share with our marketing team.
The role is home based with daily travel throughout the working area and occasionally beyond. Included will be a telephone, laptop, tablet, and vehicle. Good time keeping and administration skills are required with an upbeat attitude to complement our team.

We require a motivated individual who has experience of managing customer accounts of both retail and wholesale, able to build and grow relationships and complete the consultative sales process. We want somebody hungry to make a difference.
As a successful ASM you will primarily.
- Devise and implement a sales strategy for the area with identified goals and objectives to increase sales revenue, market share & customer retention
- Maintain CRM system with detail, utilise the sales pipeline and reporting tools to improve productivity and quote conversions
- Proactively manage account requirements including inventory, demand, incentives, training and business plans
- Attend client meetings, understand equipment, and fleet requirements to formulate a product/ service offering
- Structure customer proposals with a commercial understanding of delivery and overall profitability
- Actively engage with marketing team to generate social media content and testimonial activity
You will be the face of the company and have the freedom to make a mark on your trading area with support of our team. Experience in Agriculture or a land-based business is desired with a passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
The role will be home based with travel throughout the area to utilise face to face meetings and coverage, a vehicle and IT equipment will be provided.
